I found your blog looking for others intere...Kate,<br /><br />I found your blog looking for others interested in running to share experiences and for support.<br /><br />I like your 2011 goals. I'm thinking about doing a post with my goals for this year, but I haven't finalized things in my head yet.<br /><br />Stay away from Tostitos, my night-time nemesis. Seriously, I drink some water at night to control my appetite.<br /><br />Think about joining a local running club. I'm sure there are some near where you live. It does take a little courage to do it, but understand that runners are, my nature, very supportive and there will be others in your shoes. <br /><br />I do have a few other suggestions that you might find helpful too. Regarding sustaining a routine for running, I actually run every other day and occasionally mix in a cross training workout like biking or elliptical-type workout. I also run at lunch during the week with others at work, which helps motivate me to run.
